Your safety is our top priority. To ensure safe and proper use of our patio heaters, please review the following guidelines:
- Outdoor use only – never operate the heater indoors, in enclosed spaces, or under low-hanging structures.
- Keep a minimum clearance of 3 feet from the top and sides of the heater to any objects, walls, or overhangs.
- Do not leave the heater unattended while in operation. Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Do not move the heater while it is on or still hot. Allow it to cool before relocating.
- Place heater on a flat, stable surface away from foot traffic to avoid tipping.
- The unit includes a safety shut-off valve and anti-tip feature, but proper setup and monitoring are essential.
- Use only the included propane tank —do not substitute or refill during the rental period.
